Thank you! I was being kept up at night wondering how my farm doors were being warped. It was giving me vertigo. This saved me from being dizzy and fainting at the keyboard.

Very good and realistic. I did find an issue, though. Nothing big just the farmhouse door actually covers the texture for some farmhouse metal bars. If you look at the vanilla texture for the door, you will see a strip of rusty metal to the far right of the door down the Y axis. This metal texture does not show up on the door as far as I can tell but it is reserved for the metal bars instead. Since your doors take up the whole space on that texture, the bars use that portion of the door texture.

This is an excellent stonewall texture, neither too dark nor too bright/shiny/reflective. It blends very nicely with the look I want for my current playthrough. I've never liked the horrid default stonewall (stonewall01.dds) texture, which gets used on both the stone fences found along the roads and the farmhouse foundations, and have been trying ALOT of different retextures to find the right one. I think my search may finally be over. It's only 1K (in both downloads), but it still looks fantastic plus it's less of a vram hit this way, if that's a concern. I wish there was a moss-less version, since the same texture gets used on farmhouse interiors, but this is a very minor quibble and besides, I suppose a little indoor vegetation would be a boon to the air quality in those smoky farmhouses. Enthusiastically endorsed for the stone walls alone!

Thanks so much for the resources. I've used your roof textures in my mod, Winterhold Restored.

Does this work on Skyrim SE? since I really don't like how the farm textures looked that is available in SE mods.

I just uploaded the new version of my Riverwood mod. It uses screenshots with your texture mod installed. I linked your mod in the description. I hope it will give you more views and downloads for this great retexture pack. Thank you for your work!

Came here as the default thatched roof texture is way too bright and distracting. I tried several other thatched farmhouse roofs and they were all too yellow, too bright and was pretty much an un-solvable issue for me for a while now. However, your darker texture for thatch02.dds and thatch03.dds from your first version are PERFECT and look so realistic it's solved my problem and looks great.

    Thankyou

      Glad you like it
If you only want the roof textures, you can delete the other textures and it will go back to vanilla.

I second this. Roof texture is amazing.... Only problem is LODs. Roof from faraway still maintains vanilla LOD color. Is it possible to create a matching LOD for your roof texture???

Weird ... I thought the mimaps were used for the LODs.
I'll have a look at this, and I'll upload an update as soon as I find how to fix it

On the screenshots it looks really nice. Have to test it now in game, so I download it now and tell you a little later what I think. If I like it in game, then of course you'll get an endorsement from me. Thanks for your work and for sharing!

P.S. I would change the name of the mod."Rebuild" sounds as if you also have changed the meshes... somehow. How about "Farmhouse Retex"? I know that you've put "farmhouse retexture" in the name, but you know how some people are...

      Thanks !
The look can change a lot depending on what ENB or lighting mods you're using. It will look way brighter with vanilla Skyrim or Pure Weather for exmaple. So yeah any feedbacks are welcome

You're right about the name. I just didn't want to put something too generic like just farmhouse retexture. Something like Gamwich's "rustic" works great but rebuilt ... Doesn't sound that good for a retex I guess. I'll figure out something haha.

I just tested it out and I REALLY like it. I also added some screenshots with the 2K textures.
      You sir, have my endorsement.
And for the name, I am sure you can come up with something special. Make it short like in OBIS or SMIM. What about FaRe?

Oh and by the way, I use the Gameplay Performance ENB http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/history/? + Pure Weather and I like how your textures look with it.

I'm glad to here you like it

If you have suggestion of things I should retex next, you can tell me.

I'm still not sure about the name. Maybe just "GD's Farmhouse". Or "Nordic Famrhouse". FarRe is too confusing

Oh I would have a lot of suggestions.
Are you only making re-textures of buildings or also armors?
My character loves to wear the Dwemer armor, but it is so low res and I think, it really needs a re-texture. Maybe in different colors. I think also, that the yellow of this armor doesn't really look like gold. It is too yellow therefor and I would love to have a Dwemer armor which is black and red with a little shine on it. I know, this colorization would be unusal for Dwemer, but I (I mean my char ) would love to have one in Hi-Res.
More suggestions will follow. I have to go again in-game to see what I dislike the most and what needs a re-texture.

I can retexture anything as long as it has texture Retexturing an armor is a very different process though. More complex.
As for dwemer, I already worked a bit with Dwemer, the Steam Centurion. Their textures are good, but visually boring I think.
I had uploaded a picture of it : http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/images/491959/? I see what you mean with "too yellow" I never finished the spider and sphere, but I may upload it as a texture replacer for the mod M.H.A.R.P.H.I.N.

I must admit black and red dwemer textures dwemer sound weird to me, but why not. Once the textures are set up, it's easy to make several texture variation anyway.
      Keep making suggestions
