I never use this shout personally and find it super stupid annoying to get blown around constantly by certain enemies. Always pissed me off that enemy shouts did not have the same cool downs as players making them rather overpowered. Thanks for taking the time for making this QOL mod.
Had to get this mod because the Ebony Warrior, though he claims he wants an honorable fight, keeps shouting Unrelenting Force like an asshole and blowing me off the cliff.
I completely understand that As a matter of fact I use plenty of mods to make the game more difficult, Deadly Dragons and Deadly Combat among them, and I always play on expert difficulty. But in some fights I could hardly get back to my feet before I got knocked down again, and I caught myself thinking "I'm not even enjoying this", so I made this mod. But thanks for your feedback, anyway
