As a lot of people mentionned, this new texture looks too modern for a mediaval-like world, but come one guys this is the college of winterhold, place of magic disconnected with the rest of the world. I love it, the exterior may be a bit basic, (perhaps add some grass/moss? i don't know) but the interior is gorgeous ! Nice work !
you should merge the normal map for the exterior with a gritty textures normal map and make the white a bit darker...this will give it a more natural eroding kind of look....but well done with the texturing i know it can be quite difficult to make a nice unique texture that looks good in skyrim...

As a side note... it got me to thinking about what might look good for an exterior for the mages college. Something crossed my mind that I ended up thinking is probably not a good idea, but now I want to see it done just to see what it would look like...There is a mod out there (I believe it's called Unread Books Glow), that adds a glowy animation to books that are unread... imagine that animated glow texture on a castle...or maybe just on the summoning platforms...
As I said, I think it would actually be hideous, but now I just want to see it done... Any takers?

I also think, that the interior looks absolutely cool. The exterior is a bit too clean imo. There should be much more dirt and show more destruction, because of the history of Winterhold. That's what I think of looking at the pictures. I give it a try and I'm going to install the mod.
Interesting new college. The interior looks pretty good (and helps with not being so damn dark). The exterior feels wrong, though, especially the painted broken bridge. Just not nord building style.
