   It seems that when I see the funny quotes the 3D objects in the loading screen are raised higher than usual. I saw the dark elf in the dark brotherhood armor in the screen but he was too high so I only saw his legs.

      I'm happy to help. Also, when I see the quotes there is a space between them like this
      
      
      "blah blah blah *funny blah*
      
      blah blah blah"
