This is one of the closest presets I have seen, I think maybe just her eyes should be a lot lighter blu and perhaps her eyebrows are a little thick? Great job though, thank you for your work.
I do like this preset, it comes quite close to the real Clarke.
I find there is a problem in your description though, the hair style is form Lovely Hairstyles CE, not Apachii Sky Hair. You also might want to mention that True Eyes is also needed.
Please take a look at a mod called Khaleesi Companion by m0ckin9bird. Had it in my game for close to 2 years, and in my opinion is damn close to Emilia Clarke.
In my opinion, the girl in this mod is pretty hot and obviously took a load of time to create, but lacks certain features of Emilia's face like prominent cheekbones, the overall roundness of the face and a chin that would jut out a little. Somehow in my view Emilia is more a girl than a woman, and in that mod I only see a woman. Can't say I have come close enough to Emilia in my preset though).
I am currently working on a HD version of Daenerys, hope to be sharing that in good time when I feel it looks right. So pretty cool to see others working on it!

My bias is that I think m0ckin9bird's Khaleesi is a stunner, and has survived all culls I've done on that basis.
