Just a heads up for collectors, There's 337 books in skyrim (not including notes/journals/modded books) . Each shelf holds 10, theres 25 shelves in this. Meaning it wouldn't be able to hold all the books, which kills me inside. Not that personally i've ever been able to care enough to collect all 337 books, however if you reading this are planning this then know you wouldn't be able too store all of them. still a good mod though.
I've created an SSE version of this mod with a couple of fixes (stopped the books from falling off the shelf) for my own personal use and I'd love permission to upload it here.
If anyone has an SSE compatible version they'd be willing to share, it would be so appreciated. Quarantined and figured it's a good time to finally play my collect-every-book librarian and so love this mod.
well I was so happy to find a mod that would auto-sort my books. Installed it and threw my extensive collection into the library at Proudspire Manor. A bit later I decided to move house, so I wanted to empty the library. First I noticed that ALL books were upside down. That wasn't too bad, though. A little funny. The fun stopped when I realised there was no way to retrieve the books wholesale (using R) so I had to take each and every one of them (nearly 200 books) by hand. But what really topped the cake was that I only had the option to STEAL my own books. Now my entire collection is stolen. Will not endorse and recommend a lot or repairs to this mod before it can be useful.
By any chance would this be compatible with the mod "Severin manor improvements" https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/31167 It does edit the home a bit, but I don't know exactly where the library/shelving units would be located.
I have been using this mod everytime, same as Blacksmith's basement. They are both incredibly useful and immersion-friendly additions to the world of Skyrim. But now I have replaced it with Breezehome FullyUpgradeable which sadly isn't compatible solely due to the placement of rooms.
Scholar's Library does have one minor flaw, upon removing the mod the wall in Breezehome actually stays gone until you make a new character. It's been like that the last time I downloaded it off the Steam Workshop too, nothing too game-breaking, I've worked around the gap by increasing the size of a chest and moving it there to cover the hole but I also think fixing it wouldn't take too much time so tl;dr That's a super cool mod.

It isn't really a bug, it's more of a save game thing. That wall was disabled by a plugin, and the wall's absence is now a part of your save.
