   Works for simple bathing AND bathing in skyrim. You, dear, are a genius. =))) They must all use "damage/no damage" trick to detect water.

      Pretty much all of them use that trick. It's the least scripty and most universal way to do it. But thanks anyway for calling me a genius.:]]

   does it work for anyone that using The Ruffled Feather mods? cause I'm having the issue that I can't bathe it says that I must be on water. while in fact I'm on water. :/

      Unfortunately, the Drink Eat Sleep Bathe mod will conflict with any mod that makes changes to the water types, so each individual water mod would need a separate patch.
      
      I'll go ahead and make a patch for The Ruffled Feather, but it will take me a few days to make it, test it, and get it uploaded
