Bro, I'd really like to help you but don't know what's up there. NSUtR and my patches just replace the vanilla meshes with NSUtR meshes. CtDs should not happen. But I strongly recommend to use TES5Edit (download here on Nexus) everytime you install a mod with an esp-file (plug-in) to check if there are conflicts and where you really have to place the plug-in in your load order. LOOT is not always right.
JK's Skyrim USLEEP 3.05 Compatibility Patch Fixes an issue with CTD in Windhelm due to conflict with USLEEP 3.05. Contains 1 vanilla mesh only. No esp. Place below USLEEP.
I lazily tried changing masters on the JK Towns patch, with mixed success. Quite a few roofs were missing the extra snow in Morthal, while Dawnstar and Winterhold are fully working. No idea how to fix it.
EDIT: My bad, Morthal looks just like the screenshots when I was expecting large accumulations of snow like in Dawnstar and Winterhold. So just change masters and you're good to go, I guess.
How much work would it be, to make a patch for this and Enhanced Landscape Winter Edition? I would gladly work on such a patch, but I would need some help on how to do such a patch, as I am not really into creating mods myself.

Forgive me, but I'm still slighty confused on what patches I'm supposed to use. I'm using JK's Cities and only 7 or the 8 towns. I'm NOT usiing JK's Winterhold. What MODs from your page an I supposed to be downloading?
do I just download the main "Prometheus NSUtR" or do I still need the NSUtF Dawnstar & Morthal? in addition to that or to I just download those two alone?
Also just something I wanted to check and see if I understand, form previous posts and pics, it seems that the you didn't MOD any of the JK cities? so is the main NSUtR, just all three towns in one ESP file?
Laslty what do each of the patches cover? I can't find details. Does the town patch cover all the towns except Morthal, Dawnstar & Winterhold?
You only need patches for Dawnstar, Morthal, Winterhold if you use NSUtR and JK's Skyrim. The other towns and all the cities don't need a NSUtR patch. I think in your case you need the Dawnstar and Morthal patch from here. You also should download and use TES5Edit from NOW on. So you can see what a mod/patch does.
awesome, at one point I was really confused as to whether JK's all in one had all cities and towns and whether your patches have all cities and towns. will definitely try it out and see it how it works! thanks
You can either download the "No Snow Under the Roof - JK's Skyrim Patch - English" or "No Snow Under the Roof - JK's Skyrim Patch - Alternative - English" if you use JK's AIO.
