Will work if modded weapons are set as a vanilla type weapon (Deadric, dragonbone, iron, stalhrim etc.) If they are new type of weapons like for example "MOON" type, it will not affect those kind of weapons.
And I think the autor missed one handed hack&slash third level perk of bleeding, in TesVEdit I don't see informations of those. So bleeding will work but third level wont work for example for one handed dragonbone axe, because there is no informations that this type of weapon should do bleeding.
Thank You very much for making this as I was successful on altering the special abilities of all weapon types except the axes in my personal mod. It looked too intimidating for me to mess with in the CK without messing something up. I would love to know how you successfully made this happen. I hope you make mods like this to improve Skyrims' whacked out statistics. There isn't enough of these kinds of mods as well as my own! Keep up the good work!
