   what does : "Frost Damage: 15 (increases by 5 with item level up for a max of 40)" means?
   that it levels with me, or that the damage doesn't change after i pick the chillrend for the first time like with all of the leveled items?

      when you make thing [fine] [legendary] [master] using the workbench they 'level up'

   @Schnusch: Firefox is a web browser. SkyEdit is a program that allows you to edit and create .esp files for Skyrim.

   @Schnusch: There are tools out there. I mainly use a program called SkyEdit. Search for it on the UESPWiki.

   How do you (and others) make ESPs for Skyrim?
   Is it a simple hex-version-change or are there tools out there?
   Could you please explain how you make this?
