Thanks for the feedback guys! Your posts are really inspiring, whether they are they suggestions for more features or compliments about the mod, they really reinforce my decision to upload this. It's crazy to know that other people appreciate all of the work that I put into this, especially since I had so much fun while making it, so I just want to say thank you to everybody who's downloaded it, and if you have any suggestions PLEASE post them! I'm trying to respond to everybody so that you can understand my position on certain features and where I plan on taking this mod in the future.
I know it's been a very long time and I"m necro-ing my own comment section here, but I don't own an Xbox, nor do I plan on buying one anytime soon. You're free to port the mod yourself (I don't know how or I'd provide some help), but I do ask that you refrain from posting it without Drachis' consent, the textures are his after all.
To anyone else who stumbles into this comment section, I'm sorry but I hardly have time to play Skyrim anymore, let alone expand upon this mod. If anyone wants to "take up the torch" so to speak let me know in a PM and we can talk about it further. It really does mean a lot to me to see all the support and kindness you've expressed, even on a mod as niche and small as this one.

Hey, I know this is a very old mod, and I don't know if you actually still care about it, but it's a really good mod. I love reptiles, but the vanilla Argonians are meh, and this mod changes all.
I do have a problem. During the Dawnguard questline, I had Serana turn me into a vampire before traveling into the Soul Cairn. Right after she bit me, all the armor worn turned invisible (they're still recognized as equipped in the inventory), except weapons, so my character looked naked, as if wearing nothing at all. I tried traveling into the Soul Cairn, unequipping and equipping the armors, reloaded a previous save, relaunched the game, but nothing worked so far. Do you have suggestions?
this is the mod im planning on linking with this one, i believe she explains in the comments section how you can replace the appearance of another custom race mod with her own skin (it isnt a custom race). if not im sure theres a youtube video explaining it
This mod is awesome, it looks great with the Animated Dragon Wings mod, but it could be a liiiiittle bit more different to the argonian, making hands and legs with bigger claws, like the Dovahmer mod, but not making ALL the options of the race have it, just making a special one, like "Draconian monster"
It uses the vanilla Argonian race as a baseline, so I guess it wouldn't work with those. I haven't touched this file in a long time tbh and I don't remember exactly how I did things. If you want me to try and patch it tell me, but I can make no promises.
I'm using racemenu and this mod isn't showing up in my races. Does anyone know why? I'd like to play a race similar to this, and this is the only mod like this on the nexus.
You would have to open up the raptor feet mod and see how the author added those to the Argonian race then add them to the Draconian race yourself. It would probably be a fairly complex process and would definitely involve the creation kit. I would start by asking the author of the Raptor feet mod how he added them to Argonians.
I tried changing my race from Argonian to Draconian, and it messed up most of my stats and didn't apply the bonuses that were in the description, all it did was change my look and reset some of my stats. Any advice to give me on this issue I'm having other than start a new character?
I honestly can't help you *much* there... race changing mid game has been known to cause bugs like the ones that you are experiencing. To get the powers you should be able to search for them and add them using the console, and for the stats I know that there was a mod here on the nexus that added a power that opens up the character creation menu, so you could try that. I'll search for it and link it if I can find it again.
Okay I found it, this should do the trick. I've used it before and it worked for me; granted I was changing to/from a vanilla race, but I DO NOT BELIEVE that it should matter that this is not a vanilla race, since it is created and treated as one by the CK, but I cannot make any promises unfortunately. okay I have a question but i was using this race and i became a vampire lord however , my armor disappeared, as in i equipped armor but it doesnt appear, i use vanilla armor and i also checked (Setrace ArgonianRaceVampire) and the armor reappeared so im guessing the vampire raqce is slightly bugged
Dragonborn races in D& don't have tails. I understand this isn't D&, but I don't like tails which draws me back from playing races like this. Is there a mod I can use to remove the tail?
