Notes
The natural world nav mesh allows followers to use the furniture. I've seen one go into the shack and use the cooking pot as well. Since it's near a river with some sharp drop-offs followers will slide down the hill from time to time but that's part of the vanilla game. I used collision boxes set to keep followers from walking on the furniture. It seems to work but follower be dumb so your results may vary.

The script-less nighttime lighting uses the "FXLightRegionInvertDayNight Emitter" setting on the light sources. It basically makes the light disappear in the daytime without having to use a timing script. It's used often in Fallout 3/NV. I found it in the CK and tried it out. Seems to work great.

I use Pure Weather with dark nights like a true Nord. So the lights may be too bright with milk-drinker bright nights.

The doors are from the Riften meshes. The color is not a match for the shack textures but they are the only doors i could find that worked in that space. Bethesda did not include any animated doors for the shack meshes at least none that I could find. The color bothers me a bit but I suppose that since it's a shack and shacks are often made up of scavenged parts which makes missmatched doors immersive. Ummmm feel the immersion. I'm going with that idea.

The "My Ale" container on the front deck does respawn. You get a free 12-pack of Ale (if the Riverwood cell resets). Free as in Ale. All other containers are non-respawing.

It's an outdoor cell. That means it rains inside. It rains inside outdoor cells because rain is just an illusion on the "lens" of the player camera and follows you anywhere you go that's not an interior cell. Turning off that illusion requires scripts and this mod is script-less. TLDR: Shacks leak. Buy a house.

All the items I edited start with simpleMods if you want to edit your copy for personal use.

Credits
Various meshes and textures from InsanitySorrow, Lilith, Elianora, Artisanix, Oaristys and Blary all of whom provide time and talent to make Skyrim a better place. Be sure to buy them an ale if you ever see them.

Eleanora makes the prettiest homes in Skyrim. Try one and you will be amazed. Also they are interior cells and don't leak. You are welcome.
