You can easily port this to SE yourself by just optimizing the assets using Cathedral Asset Optimizer and then run the mod through Creation Kit and then save the .esp.
The spikes are a very good design for characters that are slightly shorter than the average Skyrim inhabitant (one good example would be breton characters). Their height represent the superior role of the wearer. There are many crowns and circlets mods avaiable for this game, so it shouldn't be a big deal that a crown with big spikes actually exists.

Love this one, it'd really fit the style of character I'm playing, but the spikes are just way too tall to be immersive. Is there any chance of seeing a version with smaller spikes? I'd be insanely grateful.
