CCOR versions have been deprecated due to cloak integration in the CCOR 1.7 beta.
Fixed certain broken mage outfits caused by inclusion of CCF fixes. They now benefit from said fixes while retaining their wardrobe.
Bandits may now use rarity-appropriate armored fur hoods if WIC is installed, which may already be tempered, as per Requiem.
Reimplemented several shader-only enchantments on certain unique COS cloaks, as requested.
Reworked chances for guards to have cloaks. Not all guards will have them, but officers will typically be found wearing the appropriate linen cloak for their hold.
Added Imperial officer cloak to Tullius outfits in COS-only editions; formerly only combo versions had the proper edits to allow this.
Added Light Guards Only editions. These specialized editions add cloaks only to the lightly-armored ranged guards, to avoid clipping issues caused by the robed steel plate armors worn by melee guards.

Fixed FOMOD info.xml. Mod managers will now properly display the NexusID of CFR on install.

The Craftsmanship perk is required to craft cloaks, as usual with crafting anything at all in Requiem.
Enchanted cloaks have been removed from leveled lists.
Cloaks are no longer enchantable, to maintain balance with Requiem.
[WIC] Armored fur hoods provide similar protection to steel or leather helms, respectively.
[COS] Cloaks-Dawnguard forms injected into Update.esm, making it redundant. Placed Dawnguard cloaks are handled by CFR.
[CCO] Bandoliers and other appropriate outfit items (necklaces, hoods) have been carried over as needed.
Cloaks added to Requiem-added bandit and guard outfits, as well as NPCs normally affected by COS/WIC.
