Looks good. I have been using Teleport (etc.) by Griptzion, it has a few things yours doesn't. The one thing it doesn't have is a lesser powers version. As I am now playing a shouts only character, your mod is the one I will use. I can't wait to see what you do next with it.
I assume you are using the TES5Edit merge. They updated the scripts recently. Also make sure you use loot to put the esps in the right order before you merge. If you need help let me know I have years of experience merging esps.
What about custom locations? It would be perfect if you could incorporate up to three. The idea is you have to be there to set the location.
Another suggestion would be to incorporate an MCM menu. You should have a page that shows all possible locations like an achievement. The ones that have been found are highlighted and the ones not found are grayed out. This would be a way to track what you haven't found yet.
Finally I would suggest spell versus power be an MCM function.
You could actually script it so that the mod checks for DLCs and only makes them available if the ESM is present.
Some good ideas there. I'm currently looking into the custom location idea. Not entirely sure how to make a script that would enable you to choose a location In game. Any ideas on that front?
I don't do a lot of scripting but I can point you at a mod that uses the idea already. The Selene Kate companion mod has an option in the MCM menu that allows you to set a custom home for her and you can teleport to that place once it is set. So basically you are setting a custom interior marker as far as I can tell.
More suggestions: Instead of Hearthfires edition have a DLC edition. I can't imagine someone with Hearthfires not having DG and DB. If you do a merger when your done please call it Legendary. Have the inns keepers sell the book for their respective inn to make it lore friendly.
Currently working on an esp with DB & DG locations. Then I'll merge all the main files into a legendary edition like you suggested. I also like your idea of the inn keepers selling the spells so that will be available within the next few weeks.
I installed this mod, then came across a dragon. I killed the dragon, but I did not receive the dragon's soul. Since this was the only mod installed since my last dragon kill, I disabled this mod. When I loaded the game, I immediately received the dragon soul. This mod somehow inhibits dragon souls which is a real game breaker!
It's a weird one because the only things being added are magic effects and Spells. Which version did you download? I'll look into it
Edit: I've checked all 8 files individually. Im not having the same issue you are. The only thing I can think of is the mod is conflicting with another one of your own mods
Mod Manager is known to cause script firing issues and specifically dragon soul issues. I love STEP but their obsession with mod organizer is based on ease of swapping mods not ease of game play. I suggest Wryebash's BAIN installer. The authors of the unofficial patches make the same recommendation.
I have been working on custom homes for a while and I wanted a hallway that teleported to all locations but I never liked anything I came up with. Well you just fixed my problem so thanks. I am requesting Dawnguard & Dragonborn locations. I am also requesting a way to teleport to 1-3 custom locations for custom homes. Selene kate companion has that if you need an example.

+ Dragonborn locations
+ Inn spells to be sold by inn keepers
+ Possible MCM menu
Back working on it!

Both spells and powers esp do this.

Thanks for the input and your kind words.

Edit: I use Mod Organizer and LOOT for ordering.
