I love this mod! It did take a lot of fiddling around to get it working with my NPC appearance overhauls, but I finally have it. For anyone else reading this, I put this mod ABOVE the appearance overhaul mods (Such as Inhabitants Of Skyrim, GCE NPCs and etc) in my load order. LOOT couldn't seem to get it right on its own. Now everything is working great!
I am particularly fond of Irileth in Ebony armour and Faleen in Dwarven. Endorsed!
I've just noticed that it could depend on the player's level whether or not the housecarls have changed. Last night, I went from a level 37 character in Dragonsreach and started a new game. Irileth was back to leather armor in this new game.
Could also have something to do with Inhabitants Of Skyrim as reported by mindw0rk2, which I have installed as well. But I do find it odd that it seemed to depend on my character's levels last night as this has not happened before. As a general rule, the mod either works or it doesn't most of the time. I thought I had it sorted last time I posted, then it went back to turning itself off, so to speak. Most my characters were the same level so I find it very peculiar.
I saw this mod and thought it was for the huscarls the player has, still downloading it though. Maybe that could be an idea for a future update, the player's huscarls with more appropriate armour.

EDIT: Going to remake this in SSE, this version will remain as it is.

Player Housecarls will be "Appropriately Attired" as an optional file in a future update!
