I have no ability to code but I would love it if you could rat Muiri out to Nilsine. After all, only the murder of Alain Dufont counts for the Dark Brotherhood: Muiri's attempt to hire you to kill Nilsine is a private arrangement, albeit with a known DB agent (the player), and the player is free to simply refuse it and do nothing about it.
But supposing you told Nilsine... what would she do?
Well, obvious answer: if you ratted Muiri out, Nilsine would take steps to protect herself, for instance, asking you to go back to Markarth and "deal with Muiri, either kill her or turn her in to the guards". (New Quest) So you could either kill Muiri without talking to her, or talk to her and announce that it's time for her to die (in which case, fight, kill her, get a bounty if there are witnesses), or talk to her and tell her you're turning her in... Muiri: "Hah. And what if I tell the guards you're a Dark Brotherhood assassin?" Dragonborn: "I'll tell them I'm a contract bounty hunter who took down a bandit but refused to murder an innocent. Who are they going to believe?" Muiri: "...All right, I'll come quietly"... Muiri ends up in Markarth's jail and stays there for the rest of the game, regardless of who controls Markarth.
Then go back to Nilsine for your reward... "Thanks. Shame it had to be this way, but when someone's trying to have me murdered, I can't risk letting them stay alive (if Muiri is dead) / free (if she is jailed)." Increase in disposition, and possibly gold and something else... maybe levelled magic shield because you were defending her?
That would actually be a good quest to give an excuse to make Nilsine marriageable...
Visiting Muiri in jail but NOT married to Nilsine: "Would you believe it Nilsine actually sent a letter pleading for a lenient jail sentence and cleared me of robbing her. Maybe I should think about this a bit". Maybe Muiri will actually reform...
BUT, Visiting Muiri in jail after marrying Nilsine: She goes psycho again. Muiri: "I just don't believe you married that miserable cow! When I get out of her I'll show her. I'll..." Guard: "I heard that. Looks like your friend's plea for clemency turned out to be a forgery" Muiri: "Aaargh! You can't do this to me!" Guard: "Too late, I heard what I heard"
