UPDATE 2.0: This version adds more dimension to the textures, as well as making the silverware more reflective in game. For those people who want a more lustrous and less worn appearance.
RUSTIC SILVERWARE is a lore-friendly retexture of the silverware of Skyrim and the "goldware" of Sovngarde. The textures are available in 2K and 1K versions. I hope people enjoy this little addition to their Skyrim experience.
Cheers, Gamwich
Feel free to post screenshots to the user gallery. It's always nice to see the textures in different lighting conditions.
Superb retexture pal, I love the level of detail. I look forward to more retextures of yours!
Now a small request - can you please add a brighter, more radiant version, on the level of vanilla ones? I know yours is more realistic, but we're playing a fantasy game, so why not? Also makes it easier to identify and loot >.>
I'm using the 1K versions of Clutter Collection and Silverware and had to say YES to all the overwrite file prompts. Otherwise, just vanilla silverware is shown still.
I'm sorry, but that makes no sense. Both mods are just texture replacers, and there is no overlap between the two. Therefore, it should make no difference what order you load them.
Exactly. Doesn't make sense to me either. I'll see what NMM says when I do the reverse install.
ADDED: Looked like an NMM cache problem on my end. I have just the RUSTIC COLLECTION installed now, and the silverware looks as it should now. Not vanilla.
Quib already did most of the breads, and they look quite nice. No point in redoing stuff that others have already done well. He seems to be working through most of the food items.
Gamwich - I understand that you are trying to give the silverware a used look, but do you think that it might look better with a slightly less brown tinge to it? The problem is that material almost doesn't look like silver, even though I looks very nicely patterned.
The texture is nearly greyscale, there's really no discernible color to it. I have to think there's something with the game lighting that's responsible for that.
Actually, I was commenting based off of your pics. I just installed it and it looks better in the game... and dependent on the lighting, like you said.
Thankyou Someone remake them once mixed into a clutter pack and they had lovely celtic swirls on them but I lost the pack years ago after a crash....your work reminded me of it but vastly improved.
It seems the "tankards" are part of the kitchen clutter texture that also includes there wooden bowls, metal plates, and basic knives and forks. There's a lot of stuff in that one texture. That is certainly worthy of a retexture.
I also see that the larger "flagon" (with the hinged lid) is a separate texture, so that's another piece that could be done. Since silverware is more precious and fancy, I'll try to make these pieces a little less ornate and more rustic.

Will you be doing a bread mod in the future?
i have a quick question, does your mod cover the normal silver ware like does A trifle from Hiro (Crockery ware) Silver issuing ?
