   Couldn't you just type tmm 1 in console command?

      I know, even warned the description that download was not necessary, but the TMM,1 shows all the markers as discovered. The correct to show how undiscovered would be even TMM,1,0,0.

   is there a mod that does the opposite? for example i dont want to know where settlements are before i discored them, like in morrowind

   you can use consol to open map... just hit "`" and type "tmm 1"...thanks

      command "TMM 1,0,1" show locations as undiscovered (without quotes of course)

   Actually I am sad, the only marker I had not seen before was pilgrims trench, I was hoping to find more. But thank you I now know that I have been everywhere!

   Thank you . Over 650 hours in game ( mostly just goofing off and mods ) and still found 4 locations . Collinparks quote of "No stone unturned" says it all.

       The markers that you mentioned are mod "LC-Become the King of Riverhelm". A marker for the city and one for the Castle. You can find here: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/16374/?
