   I've endorsed this because I like having that option. I have no problem with OP. Even way OP; and my beautiful Dragonborn sounds pretty odd with that deep male voice announcing her intent to destroy a target. I'd personally prefer her being silent. But it's your mod and I do still like it.

      ps: im probably going to upload a version that is only slightly stronger than the lightning shock with the same sound fx for people who dont like the op-ness of this version

      i couldnt get a shinku hadoken sound effect that was clear enough for this mod so i just recorded goukens denjin hadoken with music turned off from sf4.
      if you want to, you can jusr replace the sound effect in the sound-mag-shock folder thing with any .wav file.
