WCICATI - Why Can I Carry All These Ingredients? by FinalFrog

Requirements:
* SKSE v1.6.16 or newer (http://skse.silverlock.org/)
* SkyUI v4.1 or newer (http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/3863)

Compatibility:
* This mod has no conflicts unless someone somewhere made a mod which requires the player to be carrying more than 250 of a single ingredient at one time.
* No compatibility patches needed to support mods which add new alchemy ingredients! =)

Summary:
This mod adds a degree of realism by limiting the number ingredients the player can carry at one time. This limit is applied _per ingredient_ so that the player can carry a wide variety of ingredients but doesn't end up carrying an excessive amount of any particular ingredient. By crafting better alchemy satchels players can increase this limit.

Details:
=Capacity Limits=
* Initially the player can carry up to 25 of each ingredient.
* Crafting the Basic Alchemy Satchel (1 Iron Ingot, 2 Leather, 2 Leather Strips) allows the player to carry up to 50 of each ingredient.
* Crafting the Advanced Alchemy Satchel (Basic Alchemy Satchel, 2 Linen Wraps, 1 Refined Moonstone) allows the player to carry up to 100 of each ingredient.
* All three of these settings are configurable in SkyUI's Mod Configuration Menu to any value from 0 to 250.

=Mechanics=
* If the player tries to remove more ingredients from a container than they can carry they will only remove as many as they can carry and the rest will be left in the container.
* If the player tries to harvest more of an ingredient than they can carry the excess will be dropped onto the ground.
* If the player is given more of an ingredient than they can carry by npc/quest/script/console the excess will be dropped onto the ground.

Known Issues:
* The Satchels will hang in mid air if dropped on the ground. I don't recommend doing this, but if you accidentally do drop them you can pick them up without issue.
