please check what is wrong with the Assassinate perk from sneak, i had to actually delete that module from this mod to get the perk to actually work as its supposed to
I don't know what could possibly be wrong with it, I just popped it open in TES5Edit and the only difference is the perk description text. Does it just not do anything at all?
I've managed to drag myself into TES5Edit to throw together an update to work with PerMa 1.4.1. While this update forwards all fixes made to the functions in the perk records, I haven't gone over the descriptions. Some perks have almost certainly changed ingame, if I'm still capable of reading changelogs, and so some of the defluffed perks might no longer be accurate. I've made it an update file for this reason, because I don't personally feel that it should be made the main download in this state, but you're welcome to use it anyway if you've already updated PerMa and nuked your save along with it.
It used to be done in a different way, but PerMa Defluffing Perks has been packing its changes like this mod (and like DevilDuke's mod) for a while now. As for whether or not it's any better, I haven't used GioGr's mod for a long time, so I can't tell you how his perk text reads, and I'd be biased towards my and TBT's own work anyway.
A cursory examination of the files suggests T3nd0 didn't make any changes to the perk records, so Fluffus Minimus 1.5 should be compatible with PerMa 1.4.
What does it mean exactly in the light armor tree on perks when it sais '' If warrior perks are used ? '' examples ? also it looks like perkus maximus armor perks work very differently and getting a direct passive armor increase is almost non existent.
It means that if the Warrior PerMa module is used, those perk effects apply, either in addition to or instead of the other effects listed. The Fluffus Minimus modules don't use that text anymore, if you set it up correctly for your own PerMa configuration then you'll only see the effects that apply to you.

If you aren't playing Skyrim anymore, should we consider migrating to another Perma defluffer?
