I wanted to ask before downloading this content, but does this also change the color of the outfit for male characters? I'm asking because I've seen some mods that only retexture things for one gender and not the other.

WhiteKhajiit: I changed her default clothes by using the NPC Editor. The NPC Editor can be found here on the Nexus. http://skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4554 Then, in game, I can trade items with her or use the unequipall and equipitem commands in the console.
How you have dressed Lydia? I thought that it is impossible, because when I give she a dress after removal of all items, her gauntlets and boots come back
