Does this mod work well with Ultimate Combat, or should I put Lethargy after Ultimate Combat?

Have you ever thought about changing the attackspeed on melee attacks depending on the stamina, too?
Really would like to see that too

Slow attack animations look stupid, not going there.

At this point, I'd almost consider this mod to be a must-have for PerMa users. I'm a little surprised t3nd0 didn't put a similar system in, himself!

Although, I will say one thing--I think stamina regen needs to be increased even more, maybe doubled or even tripled. What ends up happening a lot, even in high-level characters with 300+ stamina, is that after the first few power attacks on both sides happen, we're just left with this protracted duel where both sides have 0 stamina and are poking away at each other with -40% attacks. This isn't a problem with this mod, but mainly has to do with the fact that normal attacks in PerMa drain stamina, and stamina in general is burned away at a ridiculous rate.

Also, since the AI isn't built around conserving stamina, even when both parties are at 0 they will continue to wail at your block regardless, making it functionally impossible to ever build back any stamina without outright running away (which exposes your back) or bringing some sort of distraction like a follower. This makes trying to tackle even marginally higher-leveled enemies or a group an extremely difficult affair, even just at Adept difficulty, since once you're out of stamina it's very difficult to gain it back, due to the above scenario; as a result, you're left perma-nerfed for the rest of the fight.

Increasing the stamina regen could solve a lot of these issues. Fights would also get a rhythm to it, where you attempt do a couple attacks, back off for a second or two to block and recuperate, repeat--in a manner somewhat like the Dark Souls stamina system, actually.

Still, a great mod, and I'd recommend every PerMa user to get it. Make sure you allow ASIS to put it on enemies, because it makes melee substantially more challenging--and more interesting!

Not to discredit your point, (if you ever actually read this) but I had a playthrough on legendary, and didn't have a problem with stamina after I started to get my block up a little. Of course, I don't know what circumstances you're facing. I do know that it takes about 180 or so stamina for me to start to feel comfortable in a brawl, as stamina regen is a fixed percentage, the bigger your bar the faster it regens. Also, the higher your block the lower the cost (I think) and timed blocking also costs less blocks more and staggers so they can't keep swinging away. There's also a perk that gives you a bit of stamina when you get a timed block. And if all else fails, it makes stamina potions mean something.

This really is a brilliant mod - it makes combat so much more interesting and tactical. Thanks so much for making it.

I remember that in SkyRe, low stamina used to both reduce your damage and reduce the percentage of damage that blocking absorbs. Is there any chance you could add this feature?

"...you can use ASIS to make it so. Simply add "xLETHxPerk=1" to ASIS' NPCEnchantFix.ini and run the patcher".

Do I need to check Automatic Perks on ASIS in order to do that? Because I heard Automatic Perks tend to break things...

I don't think you need to check automatic perks.

You add it to npcenchantfix.ini so you only need to run the Enchant Fix for this.

This is a criminally under-appreciated mod! Thank you so much for it! This + ASIS = BAM!!!!
