I will endorse, but for my game only the males are small, except for merchants some of which are full sized and others are small. I did some screen shots which I will upload at your request.It gave me a good laugh to see my full size character get on a small horse. Oh, some npc s got bigger while they were sleeping.
I wonder if something like this could be accomplished via a patcher thing like skyre and some other mods have used to make modded items' stats match up to the modded stat systems in those mods? Though I suppose there would still be some moving and tweaking of things to make them match up.....
Neat idea. Make it like fairyland. Without the wings.
I was just thinking. Make everybody in Skyrim tiny except Vilja. She could be the giant ruler of all. We could all live inside Vilja. Wow that came out sounding wrong. Or...right ;-). Mwuuu haaa haarrrrr harrrr. Cough!
If the trees and bushes were smaller, what would be the point of the mod? (other than, IMHO, it already is pointless) If you 'shrink' everything, then it is going to be normal perspective, no real changes..

Ahh.. Then everything would require 8k-16k textures, because the map would multiply in size, so the textures would need to be THAT much cleaner, not to mention the meshes, because 'Tiny' people might fall through the meshes...
If you really want Skyrim to seem larger, why not try '1 to 1' time? Go into the console and type 'settimescale to 1'
There ya go, Skyrim just got 20 times larger!
* hssssstssspsst...*cough, cough*...yup this IS good stuff..*
OOPS! Squashy meant 'settimescale to 100'...5 time bigger..or,..something,..where are those Ding Dongs..wha'?
Very interesting concept with potential. If buildings were sized to fit the player it could make the entire map much larger to explore, but that would be a massive undertaking. Still neat concept you should describe your thinking behind it a bit more in the description.

Not sure how well it would work, but there's an idea worth exploring.
