This, in my opinion, was the best Stormcloak armor replacer that fit well with the vanilla game I only wish we had it on SE with a female model as well.
also, for any of you who want to have the regular guards have armor that is different from this, check out this mod by taro8. It only effects guards of different holds, excluding stormcloaks. this is 100% compatible, I've tested this myself. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25963/?
Love the mod a lot, makes me play the Stormcloaks more often... but I wonder when it will be worked on more? I know its been two years since last update, will it get worked on more? cause I noticed on the Chain Armor with sleeves, its black from the lower Bicep to mid wrist area, but overall, the armor is flawless
