I love the idea of the mod, but I'm having an issue where whenever I exit out of the inventory or save menus, my character sits down and I'm kicked back to 3rd person view. If I then switch back to 3rd person, they get stuck in a scarecrow position and slide through walls, etc. I'm able to return to normal play by jumping in 3rd person view, then switching back to 1st, but as a compulsive saver and looter, it's quite annoying. I don't have any other mods that affect the player's poses or the camera - is it possible that this mod is the culprit?
This happened before and after I began using the sit down to meditate power.

edit// turns out I had accidentally mapped sitting to my close button in iNeeds. I'm a happy idiot, thanks for the mod which works totally fine after all.
Thanks, I've never used TES5Edit, so I didn't look for dirty edits yet. Cleaned it now, and even removed stuff that apparently wasn't identical, but also unnecessary-
But I just can't reproduce your problem with the bounty. Are you using Requiem? And does it happen right after closing the potion container, before even using the wait menu? And I guess that the potion you used was stolen, right?
im using Skyre, not requiem thou, i was in an INN in dawnguard, so i just sat there and did the put potion then tab out then "added 3 bounty crime" if you can check mods like "lock overhaul" there is an enable/disable crime so to make sure crime wont trigger. can you check it out? thanks
Do you use Lock Overhaul and do you have its Crime option enabled? Because turning that off does not prevent crime from trigger, turning it on causes an additional check from crime that is not in vanilla. And I have to ask again, does that happen for stolen and not stolen potions for you?
my crime is disabled with lock overhaul. if you enable the crime in lock overhaul, when you open a chest which is lock, using "auto lockpick" you will have a crime, then even lydia will leave you. in my experience. - in a dungeon.
EDIT: i just thought, have you tried putting an item in a barrel in an Inn, then go around skyrim for awhile then comes back, to see checking the barrel it has a stolen sign now.
i think its the same thing with putting the potions in the menu, its like a container or something. then when tabbing out "getting the potion - drinking" then it sorts like i took it from the invisible container.
Does that happen for stolen and not stolen potions for you?
For what you are describing, the potion must be taken out of the container by you though. If you just close the menu, the potion stays in the container. Even when "meditating" after that, the potion in the container is never used, it's just removed.
anyway i tested it throughout skyrim, and it seems only when you're in a interior which belongs to an npc, like belethor's, an Inn, other npc homes. triggers the bounty.
when in a home, outdoors, in a town. even when near the marketplace, no bounty. so ill just wont use it inside those places
maybe Skyre triggers it. since skyre edits lockpicking.
HI I just came back, gonna test 1.7, also not sure for everyone, but when using alchemy in meditation mode, my camera get stuck.
EDIT: okay bounty is fixed thanks, but the alchemy is stuck, so i press z to sit, then pressed z to open alchemy, after exiting alchemy camera is stuck. i have no other camera mods, except immersive ihud by Gopher.
1. Do you get stuck when just sitting down as well? 2. What exactly do you mean by "stuck"? the cameria is fixed in a specific angle? 3. Is that fixed when you sit up again?
no not just sitting down, after i got up i cant scroll my mouse to fov 100+ anymore, like if my default fov is 75, usually can mouse scroll it to 150+? but after using the alchemy while sitting, the fov will only be constant to 75.
well i didnt test to sit up again after the camera is stuck lol.
Also - I know this mod was made with Requiem in mind. I've been using it with PerMa with mixed results. Would it be possible to get a PerMa version made?
I've used this for a short while, since 1.0 anyway. Awesome idea although at the 1pointOh release, I didn't get any benefit out of it. Seemed that potions and meditation yielded no results. Could have been load order or something too I suppose. Just ran the 1.7 and all seems well so far. Can't wait to have a good reason to brew buff potions and using them rather than just brewing for coins at this point. Usually just stick to poisons and paralytics, but I'm really looking forward to a new mechanic. Wonderful idea!

I love to use this with Toxicity mod that brings toxicity mechanics from Witcher as well. They work together pretty well
But mobile potion creation is not suitable fot for Skyrim atmosphere. There are mods for this like Field Alchemy

3) saw crime
4) wait for 1 hour
5) see potion being drank effect
