Open cities is still being updated. Pretty sure they would have integrated the legendary patch into open cities. I do not use this file, and I do not seem to have any huge issues.
Im having the same issues.. bfu_opencities_patch.esp depends on (OCS+Heathfire Patch.esp) I have ocs and heathfire patch not sure what the's happening with that.
Do any of these patches need updated with the newest installment of Open Cities being released? And it also seems that the SkyTest patch is outdated as the latest version of Skytest has a different file name than the patch provided requires (according to MO).
Yes, they do. The Legendary patch is redundant at this point. Open Cities Skyrim has already integrated all changes from the DLC, and in fact actually requires the DLC to function. The Enhanced Skyrim Factions - The Companions Guild Patch has some issues related to pathing. The Skyrim Radioactive Patch has reports of simply not working or certain doors or cells being in/set to the wrong positions. The Immersive College of Winterhold patch does not prevent the player from loading into the interior cell of Markarth when using a teleportation spell, though the other cities reportedly work as intended. Wet and Cold - Holidays is an outdated mod replaced by Holidays years ago.
Now, for the patches I used, namely the ones for Interesting NPCs, Legendary Edition, Enhanced Skyrim Factions, and Cutting Room Floor, there are no issues I have noticed other than when trying to duel with a Companion, where they try to go into the interior cell. But again, many of these patches still need to be updated, and the Legendary Patch is not needed at this point.
Given that patch was released in 2014 and Open Cities has been updated more recently, I wouldn't recommend using that patch unless someone much more knowledgeable took a look at it first. I would think Arthmoor would have updated OCS for legendary by now.
Immersive College of Winterhold Patch has 19 dirty edits, is there any reason not to clean these?
Also the ESF Companions Guild has issues a few minor issues, the companions like to disappear down entrance into the non-open whiterun when sparing (and maybe at other times).
