So far, I don't seem to have any issues with this mod besides horrible lag in the Bee and Barb. Is there a way to disable the mod for one particular building? I'd like to keep using the Riften overhaul since the Bee and Barb is the only problematic building. I do have TES5Edit btw.
It's an amazing mod, just amazing. But not to the point of being clean. It's the mod with more conflicts I've seen, that's because I've installed and tested many mods. At first glance, the use is of great satisfaction, but the rest of the time! The mod and its add-ons need to be revised and polished for better and lesser conflict between themselves.
I would like to start off by saying fantastic mod, your hard work and diligence is appreciated. I loved playing it on Oldrim, and now that SE is out I was hoping to get your permission to port Stromvik's SE version to Bethesda.net so that users on console can enjoy this awesome workmanship for the first time. Stromvik has already granted me permission to use his version of the mod, and asked that I get yours as well. If granted permission I will of course be giving you both full credit for your tireless and great work, as well as linking back to each of your mod pages here on the nexus.
Thanks for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing back from you.
Hon, you need to fix that. Immediately. This looks like a really excellent mod, but Alternate Start isn't just popular- it's actually NECESSARY for most modders, due to its utility for playtesting.
I suggest that THAT be your absolute first thing on your list. Your immediate priority. This is probably what's keeping more people from downloading your otherwise excellent-looking mod.
Also, are these installations modular or customizable? Like, can you choose to skip inns and taverns if you already have a mod for that? Or can you skip a certain shop if, for instance, you have The Bosmeric Drunken Huntsman?
It pains me to say it, but agreed. I played with this mod in its early days and LOVED it. L.O.V.E.D. But Alternate Start is not only a modding tool but a role-playing and frustration limiting element in my playthroughs right now...

And I rework this mod
Edit: nvm I thought the addons said they were cleaned but I didn't know it meant clean them with tes5 edit

*adds this mod to tracking list*
I'm gonna be tracking this until a later date then because that's almost game breaking
