This is exactly what I was looking for. I hate the idea that spells just don't work on higher enemies. I had made my own spell that works up to level 100, but that gets boring fast & thought a chance to fail would be better. Does this conflict with perk mods? I am using Ordinator. Thanks for your time.
doesn't directly conflict because it use a perk slapped onto a magic affect which is applied from an ability attached to a quest alias. could conflict due to mechanical things. (see description)
The mods sounds great, I'm surprised this hasn't gotten more exposure! However, I am struggling to get it to work. How is the quest supposed to start? I've added the perk via the console, but that didn't really seem to work. Might be just because I have SkyRe installed and this seems likely to conflict, but I would expect the quest to start at least?

Thanks EnigmateK, yet another step as to a better more immersive/coherent gameworld.
(now, see Brodual or another youtuber as to get some visibility, otherwise, not sure this would get many users otherwise).
