I really like the Idea, and I just downloaded it. Although, I would love if someone could make the exact armor from the other trailers, where the studded armor shoulder pad is on the right shoulder and not the left. Just like the Dovahkiin armor in the Skyrim Nexus wallpaper actually.
Most of the original set is heavy so I didn't see the point of making a light version. I only wanted all the set be of one type so you have no need to spend perks in the light armor tree. It's true that if your role is a stelthy one it would be better a light armor set but generally the role of the classic Dovakiin is a warrior.
You are the answer to my prayers! However, will this conflict with any other armor mods? Like Immersive Armors or Perkus? What is it incompatible with exactly?
I don't know how those mods works but it shouldn't have problems as these armors do not replace anything, they are new forms and recipes for crafting and tempering.
Looks like a good complete setup. Will try it next. Just not thrilled with that Dovahkiin look. "The Blessings of Talos" by mertmidnightangel was also a decent startup set, just did not hold up at higher levels. Although I did change the meshes to steel armor meshes, I'll leave yours be. Thanks!

I'm not playing a warrior right now but I'm tracking this for when I do.
Just not thrilled with that Dovahkiin look. "The Blessings of Talos" by mertmidnightangel was also a decent startup set, just did not hold up at higher levels. Although I did change the meshes to steel armor meshes, I'll leave yours be.
