    How do I get them into the game? I've used Nifskope to paste the block from the raven into the hawk activator no nest and removed the blocks of the hawk but all I get is a raven that doesn't move/animate.

      raven or vulture familiar... great idea. Vulture could feast on the remains of your fallen enemies... yum.
