Bug report - if you have a weapon in the right hand, and nothing in the left, and click the left mouse button, nothing happens. If you equip a spell or shield in the left hand, then the left mouse button acts correctly and attacks with the weapon. Does no happen with spells, just weapons.
Very grateful for this mod! Also glad to see Script Dragon doesn't clash with SKSE.
To answer my own question, NMM DOES NOT WORK for this NOR FOR SCRIPT DRAGON.
Thanks to fluppagus who has the best description of how to install them both. The relevant excerpt from his post is:
"For script dragon to work correctly you need the dinput8.dll and ScriptDragon.dll files in the folder the has the TESV.exe file in it.
The mod files can go into that same area (so both the ini and asi files), or they can go into a skyrim\asi or skyrim\plugins or how I have it setup skyrim\data\asi."
Having followed fluppagus's instructions precisely it's now working for me. When I have had a chance to use it in anger I may endorse it.
uhm sorry for the noob question, but how do I get it to work? I downloaded dragonscript but do I need to modify certain file and what do I modify there?
Is it possible people having the trouble don't have the updated version? The link in the description didn't work, but I found the updated version with Google: http://www.dev-c.com/skyrim/scriptdragon/ I'm still a little scared to try this mod after reading some of the comments, but other people seem to have no problems so I wonder what's going on.
