You MUST have the Dawnguard DLC installed.
To obtain the items legitimately you follow the Dawnguard questline and loot Vythur's body. The crown cannot be obtained this way.
To add through console commands:
Player.addItem xx00C814 1 [xx represents the order of dlc installed, it can be 01, 02, 03 (non dlc items are preceded by 00). This adds a crown.]
Player.addItem xx00C816 1 [Curiass]
Player.addItem xx00C817 1 [Gauntlets]
Player.addItem xx00C815 1 [Boots]
The crown is technically a circlet so can be worn with the Archmage's robes and Jagged Crown (I'm assuming not together, unless there's another mod for that.)
This mod is a replacer, it overwrites the current texture files (the files aren't actually destroyed, these are used instead).
This means it is not a seperate set of armour to the Ancient Falmer armour, you can't mix and match, sorry.
Not sure why it appears so glossy.
Preferable to install with a mod manager, but if you know what you're doing go right ahead and stick it where it needs to go.
