Fun mod. It is in English, but needs editing a little or save files may lose English names.
Dwarven Automobiles Mod. A Dwemer parking lot is located between Whitewatch Tower, Shimmermist Cave, and Battle Born Farm. Vehicles include a model without a roof, with a roof, and a 3-wheel tractor. You can ride them. Summon the vehicles by using 3 memory sticks found in a chest at the parking lot. They require the same amount of magicka as the Flame Atronach spell. The original vehicles in the parking lot take no damage. Because they are based on cattle models, the vehicles are weak but have some offensive ability. BahamutOsa did the French translation.
I know the mod is old and more than likely no one will see this but i cannot seem to get the mod to work at all. i go to the spot where its supposed to be but its not there

You can also get a magical USB memory to summon each of them from the boxes in the dwarf's parking lot. There is magicka need & is necessary to summon dwarf car and a tractor, they use the same magicka as the summons of fire spirits.

Trying to enter his profile to see all of his promising works! But when I search for his name - I get all kinds of names that have the letter "m" in them! This sucks!! Great mod-u desu!! (that was my attempt at communicating in japanese!)
BTW since you only speak japanese, you problaby know what "this sucks" means regardless, cause it's a pretty simple throwaround line!

Why not translate it as you speak it instead of relying on a program, example:
