To those asking about the 3/4th screen thing, go into the skyrim launcher, and in the options section make sure the resolution is set to the same as your monitor. This should fix it so it fills your screen.

This is the problem I have, the launcher does not have my resolution in it! That's the whole reason I'm trying to find a mod that will make the window bigger. I run my computer at 1600x900, which is the size I want the window to be. The launcher only goes up to 1440x810 which is too small. Will this mod make the launcher display 1600x900 as a choice? I haven't downloaded it yet because I don't want to waste time if it's not going to make the window bigger.

Don't know if this helps, or if you've already tried it, but you can also change Skyrim's resolution in the SkyrimPrefs.ini (located in > Documents >My Games >Skyrim)
In this .ini you'll find the following lines:

      bFull Screen=1
      iSize H=1080
      iSize W=1920

Try changing the two "iSize" settings and see if that helps!

It doesnt work for me. the Main menu was locked forever. Then I forced task manager out and hit cancel and the menu finally loaded immeditially. Windows+F did nothing. I still had borders too. I picked the right version the 64bit.

Guys, if you need to run the borderless.exe (don't use mod managers).
    THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I don't get full screen even though I have it set in my skyrim prefs.ini as 1600 by 900 it still will only show up at the max 1440 x 900 if I start it

Press the Windows Key + Tab while you have Skyrim running, then press screenshot.
It only works with fake fullscreen.

When I use it in Windowed Mode, it removes the boarder but doesn't fullscreen it. It stays the same size as it was in windowed mode. 64bit OS using 64bit version.

@amosdudley Make sure that you're running the game as a window - not fullscreen.
