Nice work, good layout. Nevertheless, can't use it because everything is marked as "unowned" (stolen). I read somewhere that I have to join the Legion to get the ownership, but that isn't an suitable option to me, unfortunately.
Tried this out last night. Nice looking mod, but, all items in it are marked as "steal", meaning it is not player owned. Also, cannot sleep in bed as it says you are trespassing. Obviously this "apartment' is not set to player ownership, thus making it useless as a home. If modder can fix the ownership issues, this will a nice little place.
In skyrim on my computer nothing inside says steal when you look at it. I even uninstalled the mod, downloaded it from the nexus, installed it again and still no problem. Maybe its just something with my game save, but i was unaware of this problem, thanks for telling me.
This is a delightful home - and just the right size. Solitude has a shortage of mods for player homes. You just need to change the faction setting to player faction and the "steal" problem will be solved.
- One bed only ? At least two (2x) or better, 4, so as to have followers sleep there, and in case, someone to guard / take care of the place otherwise. - Shower = auto strip (undress/redress) script ? - Shower compatible with Frostfall (users would drop dead in second if not).
Guess they are others features to take care, along with the issue already stated of course. Tracking for now.

Thanks for the ideas, this is only my second mod, it's also the first house I have made that isn't no load, so there's a lot of things that i don't know how to do yet.
Nice work, but there are a couple issues. First, it comes up as the Thalmor Headquarters when I enter. Second, it does not work for followers, companions, spouses, children or pets. Can you please update to include at least a follower/companion?

Followers worry = pathgrid not available.
That +
- One bed only ?
At least two (2x) or better, 4, so as to have followers sleep there, and in case, someone to guard / take care of the place otherwise.
