I found a guide called "Using a face made with Chargen Extension on an NPC for Skyrim" (search with google). However I didn't created a new follower I only transfered the face to a follower that I have.
thanks i will try to create more old school metal people like dave mustaine,rob zombie or ozzy. doyle is difficult to do with that hair lol and we dont have corpse paint mods in here. i always wanted to create a full armored black metal overlord but is the same problem like with doyle. nevermind i finded one mod and i will try it
