What the... that, Sir, should totally go under the "cheat mods" category. Where's the fight, where's the action? You just come, cast a spell and fatality!! Where's the FUN in this? If we wanted to instakill any foe without breaking a sweat we'd be looking for magic not combat mods. I won't say you coerce us into using the spell, but but honest: when you have it, you are going to use it. More often than not. I call game break here.
