Hi, I know this reply is coming months after you asked this but I hate to tell ya, that's not a mod. The armor you're seeing in that image is a promotional image from Total War: Shogun 2, not an in-game skyrim mod.

Maybe around 1/4 shorter than the Original.
The Weapon is awesome, but my Char isn't that tall, so the Weapon looks very huge on her.
