Imperial Soldiers have 10x too many Bolts as intended (1 comment)

DX_Imperial_Sublist_Bolt Count: 10 instead of 1.
This leads to them having 100 Bolts instead of 10 for example. Other Factions' Leveled List have the correct value of 1.
