Doesn't really sound like you're ready to start modding there bud lol some of this can get super complicated without the right programs, patience, and know how. Hope you find it all out though and play an awesome modded version of the game. One day lol.
so, yes i spent 5 hours to Track down the key, and another 3 hours to find the Room, but the game Crashes everytime i intend to take anything from the room...that was very rewarding and satisfying for The time i have Spent
I ran across this in the feed the other day and wasn't certain about giving it a try. But then I just found Vaults of Skyrim and thought that this would go along so well with it that I couldn't resist! Once I get to the vault I'll be back to endorse!

No Nexus Mod Manager option? It should install itself just fine since it's just an esp. I thought it wouldn't at first too, but got told that it puts stuff where it should.
You might want to post a pic of the room's reward for installing your mod. We know what the Blue Palace looks like, what we do not know is what your vault looks like.
I just don't want to spoil it, just a minute ago some jackass posted the whole thing in the comment section, i have removed it, it is a challenge to find who has the key and to loot it from that person.
Fair enough it's your mod and your call. One thing that should be pointed out is that a mods best exposure is immediately after initial release. Without knowing where the new cell merges with the original and some slight clue as to the reward there is not enough incentive for most members to playtest. I guess I will track and await reviews.

Just curious, do you plan on doing this for any of the other castles/keeps throughout Skyrim?
