I tried your mod and it works as intended! Thank you for suggesting Vendor Sale Delay - Gone in the mod description, it's an excellent quality of life mod!
Installed mod w/ NMM, couldn't see mod in load order ... Installed it manually by putting files into Data folder ... merchants said same things, no change ... changed LOOT load order and moved mod as far down as I could ... no change w/ merchants ... then my game started crashing ... it was fine and running smooth, then 2 crashes in 5 minutes ... uninstallled mod and game is working smooth again ... hasent crashed at all since I uninstalled this mod ... you need to fix this mod and soon before other people install this crap on their games ... THUMBS DOWN FOR THIS MOD
I know what you're getting at, but I personally wouldn't say that the pictures show the wrong information, though I agree that they could be misleading if you have subtitles turned on and expect the subtitles to change. I clarify the subtitle issue in the "how?" section of my description.
Apart from the subtitle issue (which is practically a moot point, since they only display for a fraction of a second anyway) I believe the pictures give a clear representation about what the mod is about. Anyway, I've authorised your image.

This mod is packaged in such a way that there is no data in the top level
What you want to do is put the SOUND folder--not the "less annoying merchants" folder--in your data folder.
The pictures you have uploaded show the wrong information; your mod does exactely the opposite.
Maybe you can use the picture i uploaded.
Personaly i had NO problems with Merchants only reply Take a Look Powerful BaconCat V11
But your mod sounds save so i think i am going to try it.
