It will just lead to massive savegame bloat like any other mod which adds thousands of creatures. You know what mod I'm talking about. Downloading Empty Skyrim may or may not help, since it removes a few NPC's and locations, but really, I wouldn't play with this mod on. So yeah, save, download, have fun, and then delete and load your save.
Well, since this mod just place hand-placed objects so it would not ruin your save or whatev.
If you want to uninstall, use console, type `coc qasmoke`. Wait there for 40+ days or go again to console and type `set timescale to 300000`. Leave it for about 5 minutes. Save your game (in a new slot, just in case). Exit. Uninstall this mod. Load your game. Get back to your previous location, i.e. `coc WhiterunExterior01`. Done.
