Probably the best and most 'dwemer' looking Spellbreaker retexture so far! I've been using it on my dwemer character and the Spellbreaker really fits in with her dwarven armor and weapon equipment.
You don't have to do anything with most textures to use them in SSE, with landscape textures being the only exception. You can just drop them right in your data folder.
If you prefer to use NMM to manage all mods, as I do, you can install it manually. Just download the file manually. In NMM, hit the big green +, find the file on your computer, and then activate it as normal.
