Is the storage in these dungeons Safe? (3 comments)

   I'm considering making the Forgotten Cave Shaft my home base with the Ordinator Perk that gives you a home base, considering it has all the essentials. I just was wondering if the storage is safe, or if it'll reset or spill my stuff.

      Ask yourself this question:  Is the storage in the vanilla Skyrim dungeon safe?  The answer is no, so why would these?  these are dungeons, not player homes.  Pretty much everything but the final boss (probably) is going to respawn.
