I am testing the two mods together right now without anything game-breaking. The only conflict is some VERY MINOR clipping with the chimneys. It is hardly noticeable, really. There is also a little yellow tree and that clips right into the centre of the chimney, but I simply used Jaxonz positioner to shift it back a little. It actually frames the chimney quite well now! I know this is quite the old comment but I just wanted to throw it out there in case anyone was wondering!
Hmm....the Navmesh doesn't seem to work for my follower (Arissa). When I go on to porch she starts going in and out of the Breezehome door, then stays inside. Won't enter porch at all. ???

Since I added the porch I've been having guards and random people just show up in my house. Too odd for me. I loved the idea though. Also, I had the big rocks from that area sticking up through the porch floor.
Sorry about that. I released an update that should fix the issue of people showing up in the house. However, that rock you are talking about seems to be a compatibility issue with another mod that edits that area. Its not an issue in the vanilla game, JK's Whiterun, Dawn of Whiterun, or Beautiful Whiterun.
Wow! What a simple yet GREAT idea! Downloading and will return after I've had a leisurely sit in front of my house. Oh, btw, any navmesh issues we should be aware of? Tested companion friendly and cleaned with TESVEdit?
Just released an update that is cleaned with TESVEdit along with a few other minor changes. No navmesh has been added so npc's should not be encroaching on your private space

One of the vendors of Dawn of Whiterun, who has a stall with magic scrolls next to my home, was sitting on my porch and eating! LOL If there's a better proof that both mods work together greatly, I don't know what. Laughed myself to tears. :-) I hope he brought at least along what he was eating, or maybe everybody and his buddy in Whiterun will now use my cozy porch when I'm not looking. :-) Naturally endorsed, and thank you for a great mod and making Whiterun livelier and more beautiful!
