i have a few questions about this mod if you may: 1. i use a follower mod name is the nether follower framework, basically, this mod not only increases follower limitation but also many other features. if i use your mod, which type of load order should i load to make both of them work? 2. does it possibly affect custom followers mods too? thanks.
1. install 2. open up in CK, edit a random record, resave 3. clean the random record with xedit 4. unpack - repack the BSA 5. update mesh using NIF optimizer
Hey! It doesn't look so obvious to me how to do it... I do know how to open and save the esp for SSE. But the part about nif optimisation and the recompiling of the bsa is really obscur... Could someone help me? I really would like to learn this (it doesn't seem to complicated once you know it) :)
I got the esp in form 44 already...does order of operation matter? And more importantly, how do I update the mesh, NIF keeps saying the folder is empty...but I know there is a nif file in the folder...
If this is even remotely working in SSE, can someone please just upload an sse port. My game won't even launch with this esp in my load order. I've tried the bsa stuff and I'm doing something wrong. I'm not experienced with CK at all, but I was able to at least save it to form 44. Now what? I cant open up any of the files from 'meshes' or 'scripts' in NIF optimizer, it just show them as empty folders. And my game still fails to launch (correctly) with this esp active and have to reboot pc just to keep troubleshooting. Help! This mod is crucial for my realism setup, I want it pretty bad. Please and Thanks. UPDATE: Got it to work, though still not exactly sure how....? I just kept rinsing and repeating the steps...Anyway to anyone struggling to port it, persistence and a little patience should get you there. Just make sure you understand exactly what your mod manager is doing with files. Good luck. was at this for more than a few hours.
This looks like a great mod. But if I create a squad of followers, then disband that squad later, will vanilla/modded dialogue options be restored to those followers if I choose to have them run with me the original way?
Thank you very much for making this mod. I was wondering if you were still planning on releasing it to special edition because this mod has crazy potential and i think you would reach a much larger audience.
I know, and i appreciate the reply but i'm not talking just about me what i meant was it would be a good decision for the future of this mod special edition is a superior version of the game with more and more people switching over to it every day and making the mod convenient to get on special edition would make a lot more people play it not to mention it would be a really easy thing for the author to do as you mentioned yourself.

endorsed ^^
UPDATE: This mod works with SSE. You just have to unpack the BSA file to install the scripts. Then repack it all for regular install.
1. install
2. open up in CK, edit a random record, resave
3. clean the random record with xedit
4. unpack - repack the BSA
5. update mesh using NIF optimizer
