    Is this still being developed?

    Also, I couldn't figure out for a long time, but I finally realised that this mod deletes a2c94.
    WHICH means you delete LYDIA in the middle of the game, in case I add this mid-game, for no reason!
    I had to use TES5 edit to remove the delete reference.

      I know your comment is 3.5 years old, but I thoroughly agree with you that they need to use TES5 Edit to correct this. How on Earth or why Oratchicat thought deleting her was a good idea I don't know, and the only thing stopping me from endorsing the mod.

    This mod is great, but a couple glaring flaws. There is an unlocked door in the main room of the bank, with an unlocked chest containing 40k. Like.. wut? :o

    Also you can access the second floor, without the guards becoming hostile.. I feel like that's an oversight?

    A few things... Where in the land of dragons is the bank? Also where is the notary? Also, why do some of the buildings exteriors only consist of doors? And how do I buy a business? The entire reason I got this mod was for the business management system... And the money... So why on gods holy earth is this mod so dysfunctional? Or is there a problem on my end causing these issues? Also, information could have been a little bit more clear regarding the fundamentals of this mod...

    This mod broke my game. Whether another mod I have affected this I have not confirmed, but removing this mod definitely fixed the problem.

    The problem is it broke the main quest at a very early stage, upon completing the "Bleakfalls Barrow" quest. After returning the dragon tablet to Farengar, the main quest-line ceases to progress. Normally, Farengar would exchange dialogue with Delphine, and she compliments you before Irileth (the jarl's housecarl) interrupts, which begins the next quest. This simply didn't happen. I would try speaking to Delphine and she would just tell me to bugger off. I tried with three different characters hoping this was just a random occurrence. Uninstalled several other mods thinking they might be the problem. Only when I uninstalled this mod was I able to get past this.

      Strange sight. The mod interferes not with the quest for delphine.
      It would be interesting to have other testimonials.
      Regarding the problem with the door closed, it's a bug.
      Because apparently after a exit game and a return the problem disappears. I would fix soon.

      I had this problem too. in my case in was so that this BW3 is incompatible with Alternate start - Live another Life http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9557/ They don't merge well together. So if you have another start mod activated that may cause these problems.
      As I have played a while with BW3 I deactivated this and went through with AS-LAL and then I got MQ104 (Dragon Rising) to start, as normal.

    I'll leave a brief feedback after having played a lot with the mod (but not too extensively because it's pretty huge as far as features go).

    First, a bug:
    -I guess the mod adds a respawning 40k gold chest to the horse vendor, which you have access to when you buy, totally breaks the economics of the mod.
    -Also, donating to merchants seem to add them an equal amount of gold, but once consumed by selling, they refresh to their original vanilla amount, is this intentional? Basically a way to increase Speechcraft?
    -The cows in the stable next to the crazy guy house get attacked by spiders and there are no guards to defend them: they are slaughtered pretty much every time.

    Now, some of the Features:

    1)A fully functional Bank inside Whiterun, compatible with Dawn of Whiterun
    2) A notary " "" ""
    3) A buyable house + 2 Stores + NPC house + Warehouse+Windmill on the outskirts, facing the Old Tower, past the intersection

    4) Buyable Titles (Notary): Citizen, Patrician, Noble
    5) Investment opportunities into activities such as Vineyard, Farm, Mining Operation: generating revenue or materials in the Warehouse (however not visible addition to the landscape are done)
    6) Buyable shops of Whiterun: Arcadia, Belethor, Drunken Huntsman, Warmaiden's, Bannered Mare, Stables, all generating revenue but also taxes you have to pay by visiting the bank
    7)Donations possible to Merchants (one time increase of their gold), citizens in need (the hobo guy gets new clothes and money, however remains a hobo), and Jarl (soldiers to recruit in Dragonsreach)
    Currency swap between coin money, paper money and ingots, useful for coin weight mods but also realism (could you really stroll around with 10k gold pieces in your inventory?)
    9) Loans with interest, up to 50k
    10) Buyable breezehome from the Notary, before the Main Quest, however Proventus' dialogue didn't show up, so the house was empty and couldn't decorate it, so kinda pointless I guess?(possible bug?)


    And more I haven't yet seen.



    Possible ideas to improve the Amazing mod:

    1) Voice acting (duh)
    2)Visible Investments: leaving cell space prepped around the new settlement so that the Vineyard, crops, mining operation show up once you invest in them, alternatively, having them show up from the beginning (in this case you'd only buy a "share" of an existing activity's dividends)
    3)courier notifications for unpaid taxes and/or money from your investment delivered to you (in form of paper money) every X amount, at a fee. A new courier would be needed possibly (a la couriers of Cyrodill for Oblivion)

    4) adding outskirts to whiterun's main access' road, which is empty and horrible to look at, possibly for the Vineyard, mine and farm and import/export activity you are able to invest in, they could have their own stalls (simple and fps friendly) where you can buy their stuff before/after investing
