Their are a few things I'd need to know for example, is this Harribel Pre or Post Aizen, is she aware of the other Espada, is she from hueco mundo or do you have a more lore friendly place of origin in mind. What is the extent of her power? does she have all her powers from the manga or have they been weakened for some reason? What do you plan to make her relationship to the player? Why would she trust you or even seek out you help in the first place?
^this. Also, the shout tomes should actually register the phrases of Ti Bu Ron as words of power with out using the add all spell console. As for story, Perhaps she can teach the player how to resurrect, and you eventually become the leader of the Espada. (or at least, get a hollow mask. ) Plus Espada robes wouldn't hurt either. There's acually the textures for Harribel's robes on "the forbidden website" as it seems to be known. They were basically done, they just needed to be assigned item numbers and such.
I was thinking Post-Aizen, Pre-Wandenreich. As for whether she is from Hueco Mundo or not, I am still trying to decide whether I should or not. Though she retains all her abilities, her power has been drastically weakened due to the severe lack of Reiatsu in Tamriel, but if you are lucky enough to locate concentrated amounts of it, you will be able to feed it to her in order to increase her strength(whether this be temporary or not, I am unsure as of yet.), or if you choose the Hollow race, you can consume it yourself in order to progress along the evolutionary path. Harribel doesn't strike me as the kind of being who would refuse assistance when it is needed, so I plan to make her request the player's help in getting home(currently spitballing ideas, but that's the best one yet). Plus, as she is unfamiliar with Tamriel, I would expect her to naturally seek out those more knowledgeable of the territory. She will be reluctant to join up with a total stranger, at first, but I plan on adding a reputation system where she will either grow closer to you, or stray farther from you, depending on your actions, and your relationship at the end of the quest influences whether she stays with you, or goes back home. These are all very good questions, and I apologize if I failed to answer them to your liking. It has been quite awhile since I worked on this mod, so I am a little rusty on the details. However, hopefully I can get this mod to be worthy of Harribel.
I am working on fixing that at this moment. Resurrection isn't something she can do, unless you mean Resurreccion, which in that case, you cannot "teach" one to do so. However, Similar to the Uchiha mods Sharingan, the Hollow race can evolve from standard Hollow all the way up to Arrancar. At which point, the player will gain their own Zanpakuto and Dragon-based Resurreccion (since they are the Dragonborn). As for becoming the leader of the Espada, that is a good idea, however as all the other Espada have been killed, I would have to create completely new Espada for that. I may implement it in the future, but for now, I will stick to my current plan.
Oh I was just shotgunning ideas. I figure since I can't actually mod myself, I could at least attempt to throw potentially helpful ideas at the capable people who can lol As for the Espada recreation, you could mix the blades style recruiting and turn them into hollows in a similar method to how a vampire lord embraces people. and Yeah I meant resurreccion. I always screw up spelling it. lol But holy crap the dragon release idea sounds awesome.
I can definiately work with that information. all too often I deal with my buddies crazy idea that in no way fit into the original narrative. For example we'll be talking about people with super powers in present day then he'll try to pull dinosaurs into the story. He's a nightmare.
As for story it would seem the best way to introduce Harribel into the story would be to make her dependent on the Dragonborn in someway. For example if she agrees to help you, and you'll allow her to take in your Reiatsu once and a while as you travel. I mean you do have the soul of a dragon so your reiatsu should be a fairly acceptable trade off. If she gets her Reiatsu straight from the player it would eliminate the need to place random Reiatsu spawns all over Tamiral as well give Harrible a connection to the player with a potential to grow stronger. I like the idea of having the timeline be post Aizen, It will allow Harribel to be very emotional frail and therefore open to new ideas from the player. As for the spells she'd use as her powers begin to return to her, the mod colorful magic has a pretty good supply of water spells.

You don't have to worry about that happening with anything I make. If I care about something, such as this mod, I make sure that it is as lore friendly, to both the source material, as well as the chosen environment, as possible. While it will be difficult to make everything match up well, I will certainly try my best every time, and never halfass it. Rest assured, that when I am done with a mod, a majority of the people who played it will be satisfied!
As for you giving your Reiatsu to her as a way to start up the relationship, while that would work out in almost every way(easier to do, makes sense, etc etc), it would almost completely remove the idea of gathering Reiatsu in order to evolve, if one were to choose the Hollow race. If the Dragonborn's level of Reiatsu was so vast that they could feed it to others without a care, then they wouldn't have to start off as a Hollow, and evolve into a Vasto Lorde. I suppose, if I wanted to, I could make it a struggling choice, where the player must choose between getting stronger and helping Harribel, but I would still have to place Reiatsu spawns in the world.
And as for the suggestions for the assets(Colorful Magic and More Draconic Dragon Aspect), I was actually planning on using(with permission, of course) other mod's assets, especially for the water spells. I have already contacted many mod authors about it, but have yet to receive a response. I would prefer it if I were to use as many original assets as I could, though. The Dragon Aspect idea is definitely better than what I was going to use in the meantime, which was to have the player transform into an actual dragon. While that would be interesting, it wouldn't fit the Resurreccion idea, but it was just a place holder, in the first place until I was able to do something better. I'll definitely give it a shot!

When I stated that Harribel should take the Reiatsu from the player it was with the idea that this is first and foremost a followers mod. You may indeed plan to add a hollow race later, but for right now making the follower aspect of the mod fun and gripping should be your top priority. So thing like powers and skills, dialogue and Character development come first. Once the Harribel follower mod is complete you can overhaul the mod to include the Hollow race and explaining the little details that come with it.
I'm afraid I don't completely understand the question. Do you mean how long until the next update, how long until the mod is finished, or something else? Please elaborate so that I may properly answer you.
You know, you could probably use a similar system to the uchiha clan mod: instead of killing people, you consume reiatsu( a higher number of consumption to balance the fact you can add it to your inventory via console), either keep the transformation as a shout or impliment something similar to the susanoo transformation where upon release you change into resurrection(I.E. if it was an arrancar version of Ichigo, he'd yell something like Fade to Black, La Luna Negra and then go vasto lorde). Maybe retexture some existing robes to the Espada style or something. I have no modding experience what so ever, I'm just shooting off ideas as the pop into my head in hopes it'll be helpful. Again, I would suggest asking Esu_Riddick or Omega from the NO and UC mods for advice. They really know their stuff. Hope these were helpful
Also, while I can't post links, another mod website(you know the one) had some almost finished bleach texture packs for clothes and Harribels armor was one of the ones in it. Just google bleach clothes mods or something similar and you should be able to find it.
Edit: You could try asking the guys who were working on the Bleach Total Conversion mod that never actually came out. Assuming they still mod, which I doubt, since they haven't updated in a while. but it'd be worth a shot.
